Brief Curriculum Vitae:
Prior to pupillage, Advocate Mabentsela secured employment at the University of South Africa as a legal researcher at its Private Law Department in the areas of Property Law, Contract Law, Law of Delict, Family Law, and Law of Succession, wherein he was researching on the development of private law in the respective areas of law mentioned above. In 2021, Advocate Mabentsela served articles of clerkship at KMNS Incorporated based in Sandton, where he gained invaluable experience in the firm’s litigation department.
He got exposure in the following areas of law, but not limited to: Constitutional, Administrative, Labour, Environmental, Contractual and Personal Injury Law.
