Brief Curriculum Vitae:
Amir has a public and commercial law practice focusing on administrative law,
construction law, banking and finance law and insolvency-related litigation.
Before joining the Bar, Amir completed his articles at a reputable firm in the Free
State and was admitted as a legal practitioner in 2022.
Amir graduated from the University of the Free State in 2020. Thereafter, he
graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2021, completing an LLM in
International Trade law, focusing on International Commercial Transactions and
African Regional Integration.
