Brief Curriculum Vitae:
Anscha is a junior counsel, with a corporate- and public-law practice. She focuses on insolvency law (liquidations, sequestrations and insolvency enquiries), commercial and company law, administrative law and construction law.
Before joining the bar, she attained her BCom Law and LLB degrees from the University of Stellenbosch. She gained experience as an attorney at Orelowitz Inc., where she primarily practiced in her areas of focus.
Anscha strives to give practical advice and represents her clients at all stages of litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution.
