She is a seasoned Labour Law specialist with over 15 years of experience in Public Service as a Senior Labour Relations Specialist in different Government Departments. Having worked amongst others in the departments of Health, Military Veterans and Police (SAPS), she acquired skills and expertise in Medical Negligence (medico-legal) cases and unlawful arrest, detention and malicious prosecution. This has also enhanced her deep understanding and practice of Administrative Law.
She runs a general practice, with extensive experience in the following fields:
Labour Relations and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, CCMA processes, Disciplinary procedures and investigations, Medical Negligence (Medico-Legal) litigation, Administrative Law and Litigation, Corporate Law and Litigation.
Academic Qualifications:
National Diploma in Labour Relations, Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law, LLB and LLM Corporate Law Candidate
