Eesa Ahmed

Eesa Ahmed maintains a commercial litigation practice with a focus on contractual disputes, property and eviction law, shareholder and director disputes, and insolvency-related litigation.

Eesa completed his LLB studies in 2017. At the end of that year, he commenced his articles at a well-established commercial litigation firm, where he underwent two years of intensive training. After being admitted as a legal practitioner, he joined a reputable small- to medium-sized firm, where he was appointed to head the litigation department. He served in that role for approximately four years, during which he gained extensive experience in complex commercial disputes, high-value contractual litigation, and insolvency matters.

Drawing from this background, Eesa’s practice is characterised by a strong commercial focus.
