Brief curriculum vitae:
Gi-Gi Olwagen-Meyer graduated from the University of Pretoria and UNISA and holds the degrees B Juris and LLB. She completed her articles of clerkship in 2000 and joined the Johannesburg Bar in 2015. During her career Gi-Gi has been exposed to a wide variety of legal work in different areas of the legal profession resulting in her having extensive knowledge of general civil practice.
Gi-Gi has a Civil trial and Motion Court practice with a specific interest in general civil litigation, family law, personal injury and medical negligence matters and she also worked extensively in the fields of trust, estate, commercial and entrepreneurial law.
She is an associate member of Association of Arbitrators (South Africa) NPC as well as a DiSAC accredited mediator. She is often appointed as Curatrix ad litem in various matters.

Member of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates Bar Council 2019/2020 and 2020/2021.
