Brief curriculum vitae:
Graham Kerr-Phillips was admitted as an advocate in 1991 and joined the Johannesburg Bar in July 1995. He presently has read for the degrees BA (Hons) LLB HDip Labour Law and is presently reading for his Masters in Company Law, Contract Law and Banking Law. Prior to joining the Bar, he was appointed as a member of the Office of the then Attorney-General. Whilst in such employ he specialised in the prosecution of commercial white-collar crime. Since 1995 he has further expanded his practice in Criminal Law, from a defence perspective, and has developed a Commercial, Labour, and Family law litigation practice.

BA (Hons) History; LLB; H Dip Labour Law; Certificate in Competition Law; presently reading for LLM in Company Law, Contract Law and Banking Law
