Khululiwe holds a LLB degree from the University of South Africa and a Diploma in Procurement and Supply from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply United Kingdom.
She brings a distinct blend of Logistics and Supply Chain and legal expertise, honed through 16 years of industry experience. Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, she offers specialised knowledge in Dispute resolution and arbitration, Contract management, Construction, and Logistics law, Commercial and administrative law as well as Labour Law.
Khululiwe’s notable accomplishments include:
- Member, Johannesburg Society of Advocates (Group 21 Advocates)
- 4th President, South African Black Women in Law (SABWiL)
- Award-winning mooter (Foreign Direct Investment “FDI” MOOT 2020 and Student Litigation Society Mock Trial)
Khululiwe volunteers as a Law student Tutor and coach for various domestic and international mooting events. She is a member of Young AFSA and Young ICCA. Her unique background and passion for law make her an asset in advocacy.
