Brief curriculum vitae:
Lerato Malefane was admitted to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in 2024. She holds an LLB and a BEd (English) from the University of the Witwatersrand. Prior to joining the Bar, she held various positions in the public and private sector. Lerato has a public and commercial law practice with a focus on administrative law, constitutional law, construction law and employment law. She also has a developing interest in banking and finance law.
