Brief Curriculum Vitae:
Malerato Kiangi obtained her B.Com (Accounting) at Vista University (2002) and worked at various government departments. She held positions at Health (Limpopo) between 2004-2008 as State Accountant and Deputy Manager (Finance). She then joined Limpopo Provincial Treasury from 2008 to 2011 as Manager (Public Private Partnerships).
She then proceeded to head the Public Private Partnerships Unit at Free State Provincial Treasury.
She obtained her LLB and LLM (specialising in Mining and Prospecting Law) at the University of Witwatersrand between 2017 and 2021.
She was called to the Bar in 2023, having been admitted as Advocate in 2024. Her practice is focused on various disciplines of law.
