Brief curriculum vitae:
Mfeka is a member of the Johannesburg Society of Advocate (“JSA”) and the Legal Practice Council (“LPC”).
Mfeka’s practice areas include inter alia: international trade, tax, insurance, competition, mining, administrative, human rights, family, and labour law.
Mfeka has participated in cases in various courts in the Republic of South Africa; often appearing by himself, and on occasion being led by a silk. Mfeka has further been a member of various boards and councils. Mfeka inter alia served as a member of the Wits Senate Committee, the Wits Executive Council, and the Wits Financial Committee (FinCo).
Prior to being called to the Bar, Mfeka had a short stint at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyer in the employment law division. Following this, he spent time as a deputy case manager in the Transformation and Employment Equity Office at Wits University.
Mfeka is a recipient of the John Jackson LLM Scholarship – at George Town Law in the United States of America.

PG-Dip International Economic Law – Wits University, focusing on: Competition Law, International Trade Law, Human Rights and the Marketplace Law, Climate change and energy law.
