Brief curriculum vitae:
Mpho Mahanyele is an admitted advocate of the High Court of South Africa, a member of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates, and a registered member of the Legal Practice Council. She is a dedicated professional with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for addressing the needs of businesses, society, and the environment.
Before joining the Bar, Mpho spent over 20 years as an entrepreneurial executive in the manufacturing sector of the automotive industry and in risk management within the insurance industry.
She brings extensive experience in governance and corporate legal matters developed through her service as a board member of several private and public entities. Her commitment to social development is evident in her role as Chairperson of the Board of Food and Trees for Africa, a nonprofit organization with a 30-year history of impactful greening and sustainability initiatives.
Mpho runs a general practice, with interest and experience in Environmental Law and Insurance Law.
