Brief Curriculum Vitae:
Nadia obtained her LLB degree from Wits University in 2017. In 2018, she commenced articles of clerkship at a law firm based in Rosebank, Johannesburg.
Subsequent to completion of her articles in 2019, she was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court.
During her time in practice as an Attorney, she gained experience in various practice areas, including Civil Litigation; Commercial Litigation; Commercial Law; Labour Law; Family and Matrimonial Law; Criminal Law and Tax Law.
Nadia was converted from an Attorney to an Advocate in 2022, after serving pupillage with the Johannesburg Society of Advocates. Her areas of practice and interest include General Motion Court Practice; Civil Litigation; Commercial Litigation; Contract Law, Family and Matrimonial Law, Labour Law and
Arbitration.
