Brief curriculum vitae:

Nickle obtained his LLB at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2003 and joined the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in 2004.

Nickle has a commercial practice focused on High Court litigation in administrative law, local government law and all aspects of property law. He has further litigation experience in banking law, company law, contractual matters, consumer and credit law, delict, financial fraud, environmental law and insolvency law.

Nickle regularly acts as counsel or arbitrator in commercial arbitrations and has sat as a commissioner in the Small Claims Court since 2013.
