Brief curriculum vitae:
Palesa holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law with a double major in Financial Management and Human Resource Management from Eduvos. She also possesses a Bachelor of Law and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Information and Communication Technology, both from the University of Witwatersrand. Her areas of practice encompass, but are not limited to, General Public and Commercial Law,
Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Intellectual Property Law, Arbitration, Labour Law, and Public Regulatory Law. Prior to her admission to the Bar, Palesa interned at the Transformation Unit at the University of Witwatersrand, where she engaged in legal research, drafting, and the adjudication of employee disputes. Additionally, she has held various leadership roles, wherein she helped develop governance policies across public and private institutions.
