Brief curriculum vitae:
Tshifhiwa was called to the Bar in 2008. Prior to joining the Johannesburg Bar, he practiced as an attorney at Botha Du Plessis and Kruger Incorporated.
Tshifhiwa holds an LLB degree, as well as a Post grade Diploma in Labour Law. He completed his LLM degree (Corporate Law) with emphasis, inter alia, on the new Companies Act, 2008 and Corporate Governance.
His practice is primarily of a general nature with the focal point therein, on the following fields, corporate law, labour law, medical malpractice, estates, criminal and property law.
