Brief curriculum vitae:
Tyler graduated from the University of Pretoria with an LLB degree in 2018, whereafter she proceeded to serve her articles of clerkship for the prescribed period of 2 years.
Tyler was admitted as an Attorney Legal Practitioner of the High Court of South Africa on the 29 th of May 2021 before being called to the bar in November 2021.
During her previous legal endeavours, Tyler was exposed to many areas of legal practice, where she appeared in various Magistrates Courts and Regional Courts for her matters, and gained extensive drafting experience. Although she is well versed in most areas of law, she was primarily involved in matters relating to property law (both commercial and residential), medical negligence, personal injury, insurance law, third party claims and general civil litigation.
Tyler was converted from Attorney to Advocate in 2022 during her year of pupillage, and with her previous experience and training, she has been able to hone her skills as a legal practitioner.
